1. "Consumer" means a natural person.

2. "Subscriber" means a consumer who is solicited to purchase or who
purchases the services of a credit card registration service.

3. "Person" means any individual, firm, partnership, corporation,
association or other legal entity.

the holder.

6. "Access device" means a card, code, or other means of access to a
consumer's account, or any combination thereof, that may be used by the
consumer for the purpose of initiating electronic fund transfers.

7. "Contract for services" means a contract between a subscriber and a
credit card registration service under which the credit card
registration service agrees to provide to a subscriber for a fee any of
its services.
