Appeal from denial or revocation of license
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 29-F
§ 588. Appeal from denial or revocation of license. Any applicant for
a license who is aggrieved by the denial or revocation of a license may
apply to the supreme court in the judicial district in which the place
of the proposed sale is located for a review of such denial or
revocation by a proceeding under article seventy-eight of the civil
practice law and rules. Such proceeding shall be instituted within
thirty days of the date of the receipt of such denial or revocation.
