Severability
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 8-A
§ 89-kk. Severability. If any provision of this article or if any
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the
remainder of this article and the application of the provision to other
persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
