    SECTION 113

    Management and operation

    General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 5-B

    § 113. Management and operation. The joint water works system may be
    managed and operated by a joint operating agency, by one of the
    contracting municipalities or by contract with a public authority as the
    contracting municipalities shall provide. A contract with a public
    authority shall provide for periodic reports of operations to the
    participating municipalities.
