Limitation of liability
Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 12
§ 1985. Limitation of liability. Neither the members of the authority,
nor any person or persons acting in its behalf, while acting within the
scope of their authority, shall be subject to any personal liability
resulting from the acquisition, construction, improvement, enlargement,
operation and maintenance of the project, or any part or parts thereof,
or from carrying out any of the powers expressly given in this act.
