    SECTION 2897-C

    Disposition of fees, fines, penalties and other moneys

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 28-D, TITLE 3

    § 2897-c. Disposition of fees, fines, penalties and other moneys. All
    fees, fines, penalties and other moneys derived from the operation of
    this article shall be paid to the department and shall be paid by the
    department to the state treasury, as provided in the state finance law.
