Use of x-rays with respect to dental services
Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 35, TITLE 4
§ 3516. Use of x-rays with respect to dental services. The use of
x-rays, performed in the course of dental services, shall be limited
solely to diagnostic purposes and shall not be used for the purpose of
verifying services performed for which requests for payment were
submitted to third party payors. Nothing in this section shall limit the
use of radiographic films or duplicates thereof.
