Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 5
§ 383. State park health district; health officer; powers and duties.
The health officer of a state park health district shall have all the
powers and duties under the law of the state and the sanitary code which
local health officers now have or hereafter shall have within their
respective localities.
