Incentive standards of performance
Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 6, TITLE 3
§ 619-a. Incentive standards of performance. 1. The commissioner may
establish statewide incentive performance standards for the delivery of
core public health services.
2. Within amounts appropriated, and subject to the approval of the
director of the budget, the commissioner may increase state aid to any
municipality that meets or exceeds statewide incentive performance
standards established under this section, provided that the total of
such payments to all municipalities may not exceed one million dollars
annually.
