Frances M. Walton, New York State Woman of Distinction

Frances M. Walton, owner and operator of the Wilderness Inn in Wilmington, was honored as a New York State Woman of Distinction during a ceremony today in Albany. Sen. Betty Little presented Fran with the award as her family and friends watched from the audience.
