Senator Schneiderman filed a lawsuit as a pro-bono attorney for four civic and labor organizations seeking to have the Metropolitan Transportation Authority re-bid its Hudson Yards property to get more funding for the transit system. Pictured here from my right are: Nancy Christensen, attorney for the Tri-State Transportation Campaign; Dan Bright, attorney for Transport Workers Union Local 100; Gene Russianoff, Senior Attorney for the NYPIRG Straphangers Campaign; and Rachel Leon, Executive Director of New York Common Cause.
