Padavan Honors New Eagle Scout In Bayside

New York State Senator Frank Padavan (Queens) honored new Eagle Scout William Vabrinskas from Troop 142 during his Court of Honor ceremony on Sunday November 8, 2009 at  St. Robert Bellarmine Church in Bayside.  Padavan presented Vabrinskas with the New York State Senate Medal of Outstanding Achievement and a Certificate of Merit in recognition of him reaching the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.  Senator Padavan presents the New York State Senate Medial of Outstanding Achievement to Eagle Scout William Vabrinskas during a Court of Honor ceremony at St. Robert Bellarmine Church in Bayside.
