As seen on the far left in the photo, State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C - Schenectady) was privileged to listen to the talent of the Fort Plain Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Peter DiBiase, on March 17th in Albany. Fort Plain Central School District's Jazz Ensemble participated in the annual Music in Our School Month program, sponsored by NYSSMA (New York State School Music Association), and performed in the South Concourse at the Empire State Plaza. Students who participated in the event included: Kristen Wolfe, Nolan Reese, Bethan Hicks, Sara Klock, Kelsey Logan, Stephen Kneeskern, Emily Hoffman, Tyler Barhydt, Jacob DeBoer, Adam Barnes, Ashton Parker, Jacob Mang, Justin Smith, Maisie Orsillo, Jennette Webb, Evan Yacowenia, Kaitlyn Trembley, Anderson Briggs, Megan Hazzard, John Resch, Mark Hanifin, Nick Hoffman, Jack Ray, Travis Vance, Cameron Perry, Josiah Horton and John Resch.
