World War II veteran and Scotia resident Leo MaLossi (left) received the Conspicuous Service Cross and New York State Liberty Medal and Certificate from State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C - Schenectady) on March 30th in Albany. A former patent attorney who is well known in his field for his work with General Electric, Mr. MaLossi also recently received the Bronze Star.
