Senator DeFrancisco Makes Commitment to the Arts

New York State Senator John A. DeFrancisco shows his support for the arts at a Central New York Arts Covenant launch on July 24, 2009.  Senator DeFrancisco places his handprint on a quilt as a "signature" to show his support of the arts.  The Covenant invites citizens to expand their understanding of the value of the arts in their lives.
