Senator Bonacic accepts award from the Middletown Fire Department

On September 20, Senator Bonacic accepted an award from the Middletown Fire Department for his support of firematics and firefighters.  Presenting Senator Bonacic with the award are Lou Morse, 2nd Assistant Chief;  Tom Admodio 1st Assistant Chief; Kevin Duggan, Chief of the Department; and Sam Barone, Immediate Past Chief.

"The daily heroism by firefighters is often associated with September 11th.  In the eight years since and in the centuries before, our firefighters daily show their heroism.  Helping to save the lives of people who are often complete strangers is selfless and exemplary and never can be taken for granted," Senator Bonacic said.
