Senate Democratic Leader Malcolm A. Smith and Rochester Mayor Robert J. Duffy discuss a high-speed rail and other proposed economic development projects that will bring good jobs to upstate New York. The two leaders exchanged ideas during a recent meeting at Duffy's City Hall office. Sen. Smith was in Rochester to promote Right NY, an initiative that would create an estimated 25,000 new jobs.
