Geneva - Senator Mike Nozzolio recently gave the keynote address at the Finger Lakes Watershed Conference. Senator Nozzolio was instrumental in establishing the Finger Lakes Institute at Hobart & William Smith Colleges and has been recognized for his efforts to improve the water quality in the Finger Lakes.
