Calling for a ban on Tier 4 Drug Pricing. In his comments, the Senator, who is the Ranking Member on the Senate Insurance Committee, explained that Tier 4 drug pricing is a terrible concept and that singling out our sickest and vulnerable to pay more money for their health care is unforgivable
