Senator Saland congratulates runner up in 3rd Annual Senate Education Committee Report Art Contest

Senator Saland is seen with 7 year old Tianna Rivera, a runner up in the 3rd Annual Senate Education Committee Report Art Contest.  Tianna is a student at John L. Edwards Elementary School in Hudson.  Senator Saland presented her with a Legislative Resolution.  At left is Sue Chiafullo, Director of the Columbia County Council on the Arts, a contest judge, and Tianna's mother.
