Mayor Masiello's "Anti-Flipping Task Force"

Buffalo Mayor Anthony Masiello asked Senator Stachowski to serve as Co-Chairman of the “Mayor’s Anti-Flipping Task Force”, a group of experts assembled to combat “flipping”, the practice of buying low-priced housing and quickly selling it at inflated prices without making improvements.
