Submission of a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the Court of Appeals of New York in order for the United States Supreme Court to allow admittance of a Brief of Amicus Curiae in support of the petitioners for the case of Tuck-It-Away Storage, Inc., et al. v. New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a/ Empire State Development Corporation.
The petition was prepared by Denise Outram, the Counsel of Record and Senior Counsel to the NYS Senate Committee on Corporations, Authorities, and Commissions, with the assistance of Amy Lavine, who provided pro bono work in collaboration with the Counsel of Record.
