Charter School Press Conference

Senator Bill Perkins holds press conference with NYC Councilmember Robert Jackson, and parents of charter school children.  The press conference discussed the issue of charter schools in New York State and the need for reform to bring about greater transparency and accountability of the managment of charter schools.
