Senator Foley Speaks at Outreach House

Senator Foley spoke to residents, employees, and supporters of Outreach House in Brentwood about their mission of assisting young adults in overcoming substance abuse problems.  Senator Foley also spoke about Denise's Law, legislation he is sponsoring in Albany to help parents get treatment for their children.
