NYS Art Teachers Association Reception

Senator Skelos meets with young artists, parents and art educators during a reception for the NYS Art Teachers Association.   The Art Exhibit is sponsored by the NYS Art Teachers Association in  partnership with the NYS Alliance for Arts Education.
