Padavan Honors A Pair of New Eagle Scouts In Bayside

New York State Senator Frank Padavan (Queens) honored John Raymond Dunham and James Robert Stankes, from Troop 49, during their Court of Honor ceremony at Sacred Heart Church in Bayside on Saturday January 9, 2009.  During the ceremony, Padavan presented the pair with the New York State Senate Medal of Outstanding Achievement and Certificate of Merit in recognition of their service to the community and achieving the prestigious honor of Eagle Scout.
