Corning at the Capital

Corning City Manager Mark Ryckman, left, and Planning & Economic Development Director Steve Dennis, right, met with Senator Winner at his Albany office recently.  The local officials visited the state capital to discuss the state budget, the future of the Empire Zone program, local job creation efforts, state aid to cities, property tax relief, and other priority issues for Corning and small cities across the Empire State.
