Sen. Farley Salutes Schenectady "Youth of the Year"

State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting Shaylia Rondell Thomas on May 25th in Albany. Shaylia was named the "Youth of the Year" from the Schenectady Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectady. The award ceremony was part of the New York State Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs "State Youth of the Year" celebration. Also pictured is Kristen Kucij, program director.
