SENATOR LAVALLE RECEIVES AWARD FOR VISIONARY EFFORTS

Senator Kenneth P. LaValle was recently honored with Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center’s (WHBPAC) “Visionary Award” in recognition of his ongoing support.  Senator LaValle is a strong advocate of the performing arts and has been committed to helping WHBPAC expand their offerings and extend their reach since the Center opened in 1997.  Early on, Senator secured state funds to allow for extensive renovation and expansion of the existing movie theatre, which was set to be demolished.  Today, WHBPAC boasts quality entertainment and programs for the entire family.  Senator LaValle was delighted to have the opportunity to meet with the legendary Bill Cosby on the night of his honor.
