Jamaica Service Program For Older Adults Rally

Senate President Malcolm A. Smith joined senior citizens from the Jamaica Service Program For Older Adults (JSPOA) to urge the NYC Department of Mental Health & Hygiene not to eliminate funding to  seniors who are mentally and physically ill.
