Senator Nozzolio Hosts Ukrainian Delegates at State Capitol

Albany- State Senator Mike Nozzolio hosted a group of delegates from Poltava, Ukraine and representatives of the Irondequoit-Poltava Sister Cities Committee as they visited the State Capitol to learn more about the roles of State government in supporting the education system. The delegates were visiting as part of the U.S. Congress Open World program, to take a firsthand look at American schools and share some of their own experiences with their host communities. Senator Nozzolio is proud of his Ukrainian heritage and was pleased to meet with the delegates.
