Special State Resolution For A Distinguished 32 Year Career

Geneva - Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke at the recognition dinner for Captain Donald T. Swain upon the occasion of his retirement after a 32 year career with the New York State Police.

Senator Nozzolio presented Captain Swain with a Special New York State Resolution which was enacted in the New York State Senate commending the distinguished career of the Troop E, Zone II Commander.
