2009 Annual Report of the Senate Education Committee

The 2009 Education Committee Report documents the activities of the Committee for the 2009 legislative session.  In order to create a cover for the report, Senator Oppenheimer sponsored an art contest for children in first through third grade, within her district.  One winner was chosen for the cover and five runners-up were chosen to be included within the report.  Senator Oppenheimer wishes to thank all of the children who entered the contest, as well as their art teachers.  Congratulations to Gustavo Morales, of the Trinity Elementary School in New Rochelle, who won first place in our contest.
