Senator Little assesses North Country storm damage

Senator Betty Little talks with Jim Morganson, President of the Northern ADK Building Officials Chapter, next to the destroyed Keene Vounteer Fire Station. Little joined Governor Andrew Cuomo, Congressman Chris Gibson, Assemblywoman Teresa Sayward and dozens of state, county and town officials for a tour of Keene, NY on Tuesday, August 30 to assess the massive amount of damage in the wake of Tropical Storm Irene.
Following the news conference, Little accompanied New York Army National Guard Adjutant Maj. Gen. Patrick Murphy and State Agriculture Commissioner Darrel Aubertine on a helicopter tour of the Adirondacks for an aerial view of the widespread damage.
