Senator Rivera Speaks About Sharing Sacrifice in Budget, Support for Extending Personal Income Tax for Wealthy New Yorkers

Senator Gustavo Rivera spoke on the floor of the New York State Senate on March 15, 2011 regarding his support for extending the personal income tax for the wealthiest New Yorkers in order to pass a budget that has at its heart the idea of shared sacrifice and shared responsibility.
