On June 2, 2011 Senator John Bonacic (R/C/I- Mt. Hope) honored high school valedictorians, salutatorians and students who have made significant contributions to their schools and communities from over 30 school districts in the 42nd Senate District in an all day event at the Capitol in Albany.
“These students are some of the best and brightest New York State has to offer,” said Senator Bonacic. “Each of these students excel because of their hard work and dedication to their studies, their peers and their communities. They’re the future of our State and Country and I am proud of each and every one of them and their accomplishments. Education is the foundation upon which we build our future; and these exceptional young people deserve to be honored for recognizing that and doing their very best to ensure success.”
