On Thursday, August 11th, 2011 Senator Bonacic attended and spoke at the signing of the consent order between TechCity and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). The Consent Order enables TechCity to redevelop portions of the site for productive uses while requiring the cleanup of the property in other areas.
