On Tuesday, December 13th, Senator Robach had the privilege to speak at and take part in a ground-breaking ceremony at Passero Associates. Passero Associates, an architectural and engineering firm with more than 100 employees, will relocate their corporate headquarters from Liberty Pole Way to the basement and bottom two floors of the four-story building at the former Josh Lofton School, 242 W. Main St, in downtown’s Cascade District. The renovation will also include about 4,000 square feet of retail space along with 20 loft apartments.
