Senator Robach Welcomes "Youth of the Year"

On Tuesday, March 22nd, Senator Robach welcomed Sara J. Carroll to his Albany Legislative Office. Carrol, a resident of Rochester, was the recipient of a Boys and Girls Club of Rochester "Youth of the Year" award.
