Community members attend Senator McDonald's swearing in ceremony at TEC-SMART

Senator Roy McDonald hosted a swearing-in ceremony to kick-off his second term representing the 43rd Senate District. The event took place at Hudson Valley Community College’s TEC-SMART facility in Malta.
