State Allocates $1 Million for East State Street Reconstruction in Olean, NY

Senator Cathy Young (R,C,I – Olean) spoke to WIVB reporters during a groundbreaking ceremony for the East State Street Reconstruction project in Olean, NY. The construction is funded through $1 million allocated by the State.
Senator Young and Assemblyman Joseph Giglio strongly supported the project, which will fix significant safety issues, help economic development for businesses on the east side of Olean, and east travel for the public.
The City of Olean is also investing $1.5 million toward the endeavor.
