Mayor Bloomberg ordered a mandatory evacuation of Zone A and other low-lying coastal areas

This storm is changing
quickly and this morning Mayor Bloomberg ordered a mandatory
evacuation of Zone A and other low-lying coastal areas is necessary.
This means that everyone in these areas must leave and go somewhere outside the
evacuation zone.
Attached are the
following documents:
· Maps for the developments in Zone A
· Bus Pick up locations for Zone A
The City will be
providing bus service from these developments to the nearest shelter, beginning
at 3PM and ending at 9PM. The departure point for each
development is included in the attached spreadsheet.
Please note that
elevator service, heat & hot water will begin to shut off at 7PM at these
developments. It is imperative that
residents of these buildings leave either through public transportation or the
bus service that the City is providing as soon as possible.
