Senator Adams Holds a Candlelight Vigil of the Massacre in Newtown, Connecticut

MEDIA ADVISORY--- NYS SENATOR ERIC ADAMS AND BROOKLYN COMMUNITY MEMBERS HOLD A CANDLELIGHT VIGIL OF THE MASSACRE AT SANDY HOOK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN NEWTOWN, CONNECTICUT
NYS Senator Eric Adams and community members will hold a candlelight vigil in memory of the 26 lives that were lost in the mass shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
Among the 26 victims, 20 of them were innocent children between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. At this vigil, Senator Adams and members of the community will symbolically remember the lives that were lost, stand in support of all those who were affected by this tragedy, and address the issue of gun violence in our community and nation.
