Senator Adams was one of the guest speakers at St. Paul's Community Baptist Church for their "When Black Men PrayCommunity March Event." In light of the Trayvon Martin tragedy, the program that followed the march was entitled, "Something For Trayvon." Senator Adams presented his powerpoint presentation "What To Do When Stopped By The Police" As a former member of law enforcement and current legislator, Senator Adams shared his vast knowledge and experience on this very important issue of the Stop, Question and Frisk Procedure.
