Arc of Orleans County Camp Rainbow Dedication

On Monday, July 16^th, Senator Maziarz attended the Arc of Orleans dedication ceremony at Camp Rainbow in Lyndonville.  The new Marcy Pavilion was dedicated in memory of Marcy Mruczek-Basior, a former Camp Rainbow enthusiast and employee. Marcy Pavilion is inscribed with Marcy’s favorite quote from Pooh Bear, which reads “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” 

Following the dedication of Marcy’s Pavilion, Senator Maziarz attended the dedication of Colquhoun's Corridor.  The new Corridor was dedicated in honor of Don Colquhoun, the former Executive Director of the Arc of Orleans County for 17 years.  Colquhoun’s Corridor is now the entrance to the newly revamped nature trail at Camp Rainbow.
