Senator Jack M. Martins attended the grand opening of Stannards Brook Park in Port Washington. The main entrance is on Carlton Avenue at Charles Street. The park was renovated with funding, in part, from the New York State Environmental Protection Fund. The renovation included newly paved paths, newly constructed bridges as well as a bubbling stream, Council Circle and Amphitheater.
