State Senator Jack Martins was introduced to Jamaica Square homeowners by Civic President Claudine Hall during the annual JSIL community day. The Jamaica Square Improvement League has a long rich history of community outreach and programming for families. The credo of the civic organization is helping their fellow neighbors and empowering the greater community. Senator Martins is pictured talking to homeowners with Hall and South Floral Park Trustee Elton McCabe during a meet and greet recently. "I want to thank Claudine Hall and the Jamaica Square Improvement for their hard work in improving quality of life for Elmont's neighborhood," said Senator Martins adding, "they make a difference."
