Senator DeFrancisco Honors Music Educator Jim Spadafore

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco presented James Spadafore with a New York Senate Citation during the 2012 Jumpin' Jazz Jam at Liverpool High School on May 23rd.  Spadafore, a teacher and music director at Liverpool High School, will retire in June 2012.
