Senator DeFrancisco is pictured with Liverpool High School teacher Jeff Peneston and his family at the capitol building in Albany.  The Senator presented Mr. Peneston with a New York State Senate Resolution for winning the 2012 Horace Mann Award for Teaching Excellence.
