State Senator John A. DeFrancisco speaks during the Rescue Mission's 125th Anniversary Luncheon at the OnCenter, September 13, 2012.  He is pictured on stage with Senator David Valesky and Assemblyman William Magnarelli.  A Resolution was passed by the NYS Legislature this year to honor and recognize the Rescue Mission.
